Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and CRM outreach
- Build rapport with prospects to understand needs and present tailored solutions
- Achieve/exceed monthly sales quotas with consistent pipeline generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate records
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance coaching sessions
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing client accounts
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of B2B inside sales or related experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
