Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media prospecting
- Present tailored solutions to Florida-based businesses using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 85%+ call conversion rates
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to track opportunities and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Conduct 30+ daily outbound calls with personalized value propositions
- Close deals with average deal size of $2,500-$5,000
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot required)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
