Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach (phone/email/social)
- Present tailored solutions to local Miami businesses
- Close 5-8 deals daily to maximize daily earnings
- Maintain CRM accuracy and sales pipeline hygiene
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets consistently
- Attend daily sales huddles and training sessions
- Provide exceptional client experience throughout sales cycle
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Strong Miami market knowledge preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Authorized to work in USA
- High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred)
