- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
- Drive 20+ qualified demos per week through effective discovery questioning
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven quota attainment
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales tech stack
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to handle complex objections
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in competitive environments
- Associate degree or equivalent sales certification required
- Excellent written/verbal communication with polished phone presence
