Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present product solutions to B2B clients and close sales within defined sales cycle
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions and track pipeline progress
- Participate in daily huddles and weekly performance reviews
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand existing client relationships
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in sales cycles
- Authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship requirements
