Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into paying clients through consultative selling
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining 80%+ call activity metrics
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions, forecast pipeline, and identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation campaigns and messaging
- Present product demos via virtual platforms and handle complex negotiations
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through post-sale relationship management
- Participate in weekly sales training to refine techniques and industry knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical buyers
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to thrive in remote/hybrid environments
