Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify leads, understanding their specific needs and pain points.
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to close deals and achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay ahead of industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in Inside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a proven ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
