Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and research.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients via phone and video.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track all interactions and pipeline data accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, telesales, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive tone.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales dialers.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
