Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business leads through inbound and outbound channels.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly quotas.
- Manage and update customer data accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure retention and referrals.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
