Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and service presentations to qualified leads via phone and email.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data entry in the CRM.
- Identify customer needs and match them with our solutions to close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to overcome objections.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Must be available to work the Weekend Shift (Saturday and Sunday).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented work ethic.
