Responsibilities
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
- Present customized solutions to prospects, demonstrating ROI and addressing pain points
- Close deals using consultative sales techniques while maintaining 30+ weekly demos
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and optimize lead conversion funnels
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Exceed monthly KPIs including conversion rates and average deal size
- Participate in weekend shift (Sat/Sun) with weekday flexibility as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Strong negotiator with track record of closing complex enterprise deals
- Weekend availability non-negotiable; must thrive in flexible scheduling
- Proficiency in objection handling and value-based selling methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
