Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs, achieving monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales metrics and pipeline
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday flexibility
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or customer-facing sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, weekend-focused schedule
- Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
