Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls and emails to qualified leads across North Carolina and surrounding regions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets while documenting activities in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Attend weekend shift training sessions and quarterly sales reviews
- Research market trends to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
