As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential clients to identify their needs and closing deals that drive revenue. We pride ourselves on our meritocratic culture where hard work and determination are the primary drivers of success.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and solutions to potential clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas consistently.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and ensure a smooth sales cycle.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field (entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, persuasively, and professionally over the phone.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- A self-starter attitude with a drive to exceed goals and targets.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and computer hardware for remote work capabilities.
