Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM tools during night shift hours
- Build rapport with decision-makers in B2B and enterprise marketsPresent tailored solutions and close sales deals consistently
- Exceed monthly KPIs for lead conversion and revenue generation
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handoffs
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipelines
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working night shift (6 PM - 2 AM CT)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Experience with SaaS or technology sales preferred
