Responsibilities
- Manage 50+ inbound/outbound daily sales calls via CRM platform
- Exceed monthly revenue targets through consultative selling techniques
- Develop customized proposals and pricing strategies for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy and activity documentation
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and strategy sessions
- Train on new product launches quarterly
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M annual sales targets
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and HubSpot CRM systems
- Exceptional negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Available for consistent night shift schedule (6PM-2AM EST)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
