Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiry management.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client needs and articulate value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Boston area.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals within an assigned territory.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine sales strategies and campaign messaging.
- Track all sales activities and pipeline data accurately in Salesforce.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and training sessions to stay ahead of market trends.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales environments.
- Strong verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly preferred).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
