Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build strong client relationships to identify needs and present tailored solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain pipeline hygiene
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
- Contribute to team strategies by sharing market insights and competitive analysis
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or telesales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a night shift schedule (7 PM - 4 AM PST)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Resilient self-starter with consultative sales approach
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
