Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expertise in our offerings
- Meet/exceed KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, and deal size
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated performer comfortable working independently during night shifts
- Resilient mindset to handle objections and maintain high activity levels
- Valid US work authorization and reliable high-speed internet connection
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly desirable
