Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound sales calls and emails for enterprise clients across Maryland and North Carolina
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce) to track leads and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop client-specific proposals
- Conduct product demonstrations and overcome technical objections
- Attend weekly virtual training sessions on sales methodologies and product updates
- Participate in monthly performance reviews with sales leadership
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with measurable results
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas in remote environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (8 PM - 5 AM EST)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions a strong plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
