Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and digital channels
- Build relationships with clients via consultative sales techniques
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with precision
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions
- Maintain product knowledge across 3+ service lines
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Availability for 5PM-1AM CST shift (Sun-Thu)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently in remote setting
- Valid US work authorization
