Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to enterprise clients across North America
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with documented pipeline management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for lead optimization
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and activity reporting
- Participate in overnight shift training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside/sales experience in SaaS or tech
- Proven track record exceeding sales quotas (show metrics)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Comfortable working overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Authorized to work in the US with no sponsorship requirements
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in independent environment
