Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive outbound calling and digital engagement
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure
- Exceed monthly KPIs for conversion rates and revenue targets
- Develop deep product knowledge to consult clients on technology solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or customer-facing sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Flexibility to work night shift (6 PM - 2 AM MST)
