Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership within tech or consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI/ML)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in innovation budgeting and ROI modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Innovation Management
