Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and market disruptions to forecast industry evolution through 2030
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Present strategic foresight reports to stakeholders and executive leadership teams
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate emerging startups
- Design and implement future-proofing frameworks for client digital transformations
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across global innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-level executives on long-term strategy
