Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D management, or future technology leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, or synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation grants or venture capital
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in future technology or innovation journals
