Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation management with 5+ years in tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products ($50M+ revenue impact)
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (blockchain, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Strategic MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering preferred
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
