Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients across Chicago and surrounding areas
- Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and close sales deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales pipeline and client interactions
- Attend weekly sales training and team meetings for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 60% of time within Illinois territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly preferred
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
