Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads and cultivate a robust sales pipeline within the Chicago market.
- Conduct in-person discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and optimize conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or telecommunications sales (preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule with local travel.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
