- Innovation Leadership: Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to drive competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, product teams, and engineering leads to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- R&D Management: Oversee the innovation lab, ensuring a steady pipeline of R&D projects that align with future market demands.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate the technology vision to internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering a culture of innovation.

Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically in Artificial Intelligence, Automation, or Digital Transformation.
- Executive Presence: Proven ability to present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
