Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Strategic Roadmap for 2026, aligning AI capabilities with business growth objectives.
- Lead the design and deployment of scalable Machine Learning architectures that outperform industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into core products, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
- Identify emerging trends in Generative AI and Quantum Computing to stay ahead of the competitive curve.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers.
- Oversee the budget and resources for R&D initiatives, ensuring maximum ROI.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Leadership, Strategy, or AI Development.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and leading large-scale engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong background in System Architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
