Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including AI governance frameworks and quantum-resistant security systems
- Analyze emerging technologies (Web4, neuromorphic computing) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Present technology vision to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track adoption of futuristic systems
- Partner with product teams to ensure seamless integration of emerging technologies into core offerings
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record developing tech roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, decentralized networks, or neurotech
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics (PhD preferred)
