Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps by analyzing quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development pipelines
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for C-suite stakeholders and board presentations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and emerging tech startups
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for AI governance and ethical deployment challenges
- Present foresight insights at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced technology R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products or policies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with complex technical and societal scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenario work or technology impact assessments
