- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technical Vision and 5-year strategic roadmap.
- Oversee the development and integration of next-generation technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Blockchain).
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs focused on future-proofing our product suite.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to pilot emerging hardware and software solutions.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the evolving tech landscape.
- Manage a team of senior architects and future-tech specialists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, Software Engineering, or Strategic Planning.
- Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, and Edge Computing.
- Proven experience with AI/ML integration, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong background in cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in high-growth environments.
