- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI decision-making protocols
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through white papers and stakeholder presentations
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and technical architects
- Represent Innovatech at global tech summits (Davos, CES, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technological forecasting
- Track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to billion-dollar valuation
- Certified in AI Ethics (IEEE) and Quantum Architecture (IBM)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis tools (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
