Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends for 2026+
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Analyze futuristic tech disruptors and create implementation frameworks for enterprise clients
- Partner with academic institutions and research labs to identify breakthrough innovations
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and hyper-automation
- Present futuristic technology strategies to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging/futuristic tech
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps (minimum 5-year horizon)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning for technological singularity and black swan events
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on technological evolution or innovation strategy
- Fluency in at least one programming language and system architecture principles
