- Monitor global tech policy evolutions and regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance and competitive positioning

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Systems Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years experience in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies or scale-ups
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, or metaverse infrastructure
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar advanced credential preferred
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Demonstrated success in securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or futurism journals
