Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience leading R&D budgets exceeding $50M with measurable ROI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
