Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI, or Futurist Studies (10+ years experience considered)
- Proven track record scaling AI systems to 10M+ user environments
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Certification in Ethical AI Governance (IEEE 7000 or equivalent)
- Experience with sustainable hardware design and circular tech principles
