Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, AI, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and their ethical implications
- Published research on human-AI symbiosis or neural interface ethics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in ethical AI audit tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
