- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to anticipate disruptive forces and opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing principles into organizational strategy
- Present compelling future visions to stakeholders, investors, and industry partners
- Drive innovation through prototype development and pilot programs for next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends with documented industry impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills for translating technical futures to non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning tools and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
