Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and neurotech convergence
- Produce strategic foresight reports on disruptive trends affecting global industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D with future market opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and national labs
- Represent Horizon Labs at Davos, TED, and future-focused conferences
- Build proprietary scenario-planning frameworks for technology adoption curves
- Mentor next-generation futurists through Horizon's Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology with 10+ years experience
- Published author in Nature or Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic innovations
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and synthetic biology
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy implications
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and government audiences
- Portfolio of 2020+ technology foresight projects
