- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with company vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon-scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks for carbon-negative digital infrastructure
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage innovation pipelines with $15M+ annual R&D budget
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks (WTO, OECD)
- Portfolio of 3+ successful technology commercialization projects
