- Develop patentable innovations in sustainable tech and human-machine interfaces
- Partner with VPs to align tech strategy with business objectives and investor expectations
- Mentor senior engineers in emerging paradigms like decentralized AI and neuromorphic computing
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record launching technologies with 3+ years market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Expertise in tech forecasting frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Strong patents portfolio in emerging technologies
- Experience with venture capital and startup incubation models
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or similar)
