Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global technology trends through 2026, identifying disruptive innovations and market opportunities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business objectives and future market demands
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps and operational frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning AI, blockchain, AR/VR, and next-gen biotech applications
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Establish competitive intelligence frameworks to monitor technological advancements and maintain first-mover advantage
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists while fostering a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting and implementing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, nanotechnology, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic plans
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
