Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational roadmaps with future market disruptions
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for C-suite stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodology and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy (portfolio examples required)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in scenario planning or horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on digital transformation
