- Develop predictive models forecasting industry shifts and competitive landscapes
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for next-generation products/services
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
