Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly strategic briefings on exponential technologies (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with future market opportunities
- Build predictive models for technology adoption curves and disruption timelines
- Present scenarios to investors and C-suite executives for resource allocation decisions
- Partner with policy teams to navigate emerging regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
- Maintain a global network of academic, industry, and government futurists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight (e.g., IEEE Foresight, MIT Tech Review)
- Advanced proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive modeling software
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization strategies
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Foresight Practitioner Network)
