Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating futuristic technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and implement next-gen solutions
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build global partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on technological adoption
- Curate innovation labs for experimental technology exploration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with proven impact at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation
- Experience leading global cross-cultural teams
- Strong financial acumen for large-scale tech investment decisions
