- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
